Our articles and guides answer the general questions about building in Belize, openly and in depth. However our consultation are designed that every session is informed by what you share in advance and documented in writing after. If you engage Vea for professional services within 90 days, your consultation or assessment fee is credited in full toward your project’s fees. Serious projects lose nothing.

This is a working session. Before we meet, we review the details you share about your land, your idea, and your budget. In the session, we assess how the three align: what your site allows, what your idea will realistically cost to build in Belize, and where the risks and opportunities sit. You leave with clear direction, and within five working days you receive a written summary of our recommendations.
Sessions are held virtually, or in person in Belmopan and the surrounding area. In-person sessions outside Belmopan carry a travel supplement, confirmed at booking. If your property is elsewhere in the country or on the islands, the On-Site Consultation brings the session to your land.

Some questions are best answered standing on the land. The On-Site Consultation brings the full working session to your property: we walk the site together, then sit down and assess how your land, your idea, and your budget align, informed by what the ground in front of us is saying. Access, orientation, drainage, views, neighbors, and the character of the place all enter the conversation because we are standing in it.
You leave with clear direction, and within five working days you receive a written summary of our recommendations, including what we observed on the walk. Where the site calls for deeper investigation, a Site Assessment can follow, and your summary will say so plainly.
On-Site Consultations are available countrywide, including the islands. Pricing is confirmed at booking based on your property’s location.

Know you land
Whether you are deciding on a parcel or preparing to design on one you own, the Site Assessment answers the question that matters first: can this land carry this project, and what will it take. We visit and document the site, then investigate what shapes it: access and utilities, drainage and terrain, the regulatory picture, and how the conditions we find serve or constrain what you intend to build. This is the groundwork of our Research & Strategic Planning and Site Analysis services, delivered as a standalone engagement before you commit to more.
You receive a written report: a photographic record, our observations and findings, the regulatory flags that apply to your parcel, a professional opinion on buildability, and clear recommendations on how to proceed.
The Site Assessment does not include land surveys, geotechnical investigation, environmental clearance applications, or master planning. Where our findings show these are needed, the report identifies them, so you spend on deeper investigation only when the land justifies it.
